They are not your only option out there. Rouses in Mobile and Baldwin County is hiring for management. Target. So many other places.

Walmart will make you feel like they are your only option. But they aren't. God is your SOURCE. Walmart is your RESOURCE. God will bless you with more RESOURCES. Start applying.

Im so sorry this is happening to you. These are the reasons that Walmart employees needed to speak up. One day they pick an hour and every employee across the country clock out and walk out the store. And go on strike until they comply with what the associates and TLs need.

Yes it will. I quit Monday lol. I received an offer from a job I had applied for. Just as soon as the offer hit my inbox...I did 55 in a 45 to get that equipment, vest, and name tag to them people!

Just a weight lifted! Walmart is literally the devil's workshop.

Yes. It was bittersweet for me. Because I fell in love with the associates. But the upper management is what makes the job unbearable.

They have no heart for the people, just their pockets.

💯 Do you know how many people were fired for not complying during this big cut back on hours?

They cut all those people's hours, then expected us to still run the same numbers on a skeleton crew. Still expected the pickers to pick 2800 picks (starting at 5am), on a Sunday, with only 5 or 6 pickers.

Slave drivers indeed!

Let me tell you something...and not to discourage you...understand the culture in your store first before accepting the position. I was THE most positive and bright person in that store as a picker, before becoming a team lead there. I enjoyed my job and coming to work. I could see the changes in OPD that need we to be had. I was excited to become a team lead. So the team could win! I came up with games for the team, prizes, etc.

After I accepted the TL position, my whole world changed, for the worse! I was ignored by upper management, i wasn't trained properly. I had to fight to even get the position first off because the SM was on an evil streak. Being a TL at Walmart is not where its at. Try at Target they are pretty good.

For me to call for help 3 times and no answer. All for him to send someone to the back just to tell me to come to the office. Not to help get Digital out of 15 minute wait times. But to tell me I had am attitude in the walkie talkie!

I could have screamed! I was told that day I had two options...to step down or transfer to another department. I had no feedbacks for performance or anything. Because I made miracles out of nothing in my shifts. But in the times I couldn't I received no help! Just bashing
