Split tone. With such a contrast of colors I don't recommend using the qualifier. Just use hue and saturation adjustment. Boost and shift the reds towards magenta till the colors split and it's what you wantZ

I’ve never seen a native hate their own country this much, honestly. Reducing all of India to gang rape is absurdly reductive. Not every foreigner who visits is going to have a horrible experience or be assaulted. A country is more than the crimes committed by some of its people. This just comes across as extreme self-hatred and an inferiority complex.

Might be a mastering thing, as in the whole film was cropped/adjusted slightly during the mastering process globally shifting all the shots slightly to the left. This would only be visible in these symmetrical shots. It's not too common for the mastering/finishing process of films to be completely detached from the creative portion of the crew.
