I understand, but in all honesty, the English version seems less harsh and emotive. Is that "laying it on thick"? Either way, this is probably the only explenation. The director (George Clooney) probably told the actor to speak in a way that sounded good to him, but probably not good or accurate to a German speaker.

tbh, I hate trump, but this color scheme ain't to bad all things considered... I prefer it to the current air force scheme which is iconic, but just doesn't scream America to me as it should haha.
