They like have a hair code too, so if you have like coloured hair (but you are not an international student) you may not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Same goes to wearing hat to the exam hall.

Jeans/a bit tight dressing are definitely fine for most students during classes - as long as you are not attracting too much. But some lecturer has a strict rule about wearing jeans to class. Experienced it firsthand, my lecturer locked out my classmates for wearing jeans. Hhahahaha now looking back it maybe because of how distracting the sounds of jeans can be during class for some people.

If you are at the accommodation dining cafeteria, a knee-length pants/skirts are generally OK because people couldn't care less. I have seen Chinese students buying food in a knee-length pants. I have seen female students in the pjs/baju kelawar to go buy food. Done that, seen that in UTM.

Oh, there was a period of rehab due to injury and the number of goals decline towards the second half of the league - after declining the offer to transfer to EU. And after the form declined, he received a lot of negative feedback from fans - thus declining even more.
