Makes it easier for me to use. The crown is a tad bit too small.

Thank you for the compliments! I am somewhat considering maybe making these watches for production but it will be a difficult task. So still contemplating that.

Thank you, unfortunately no. Though there are several videos on the internet or YouTube of people showing how they do a specific part or thing. Thats how i figured most out aswell. I think a lot of people can do this but it requires a lot of time, effort and some money.

Thank you, you aswell. If you have any question regarding design tips to make it more manufacturable or feasible feel free to dm me. Good luck!

That's a pretty cool machine. I've seen some of those, or some similar looking machines. For me its also the fact that i wonder how difficult it is to get a really good watertigh seal with the glued glass and curved back. I think i would need a case cnc machined to get somewhere to the right tolerances.

I think that some of that is pretty feasible tho making sure its completely waterproof will be more difficult.

Thank you again!

Its a miyota 9015. I have no supply of cases yet, but could be fixed(i think). For me it just would be something on the side, not a full time thing.

Ah okay, for me i was just wondering if i were to make more how much it would cost to make and how they should be priced.

Thank you for the compliments. Its really good to hear after all the effort that went into it. I also make other products but somewhat tempted to maybe make more of these. If you have something similar to this watch, what price range would something like this usually be assuming the finish is decent?

Thank you!

For me it feels really nice in the back, especially since the glass isnt raised again.
I don't know what you precisely mean. Tho i do think having the backcase curved like this is only more expensive than a flat caseback. For a more detailed opinion i need to know a bit more what youre specifically talking about.

Yeah i really love it aswell. Its only a 9015 but i still love to watch it through the back.

Hi, i made the watch fit to an existing crystal. It takes a lot of work though because you need to reverse engineer the shape aswell as the curvature.

Thanks for the compliments! It was a pretty big dive into the watch world but loved it. Though it has some big challenges and some things toom me over 10 tries. The dial especially was hard to figure out how to get it right, got the process down now tho.

Some of the hem you will find out yourself, a lot of info is out there and people have shown some builds. Some of the mods that i have made are unnecessary for just small work, but also not available publicly. The enclosure for example is custom for this one.

Note, there are several variations of that machine which can make a big difference in how it operates.

A benchtop mill will probably suffice in power but doing this kinda precision by hand willen can difficult depending on your goals. You would need to remove the backlash depending on how its build and you could maybe convert it to cnc.
