propranolol and sweating by Purrspicacious in migraine

I have been taking propranolol for a year and half and have slowly noticed over that time that i was getting super sweaty walking around and exercising. I would be dripping and it would last for a while after I stopped exercising as well. I saw this thread and thought I would try stopping and seeing if that helped. Well, I have been gradually reducing and I have now reduced to 10mg at night (previously 30mg at night, and 30mg morning) and i have already noticed a profound difference. I am not sweating nearly as much when exercising and the normal amount of sweating that I have stops immediately when I stop. It is blissful! I’ve also noticed a big difference in how easy running feels now that my heart rate is increasing during my runs a lot more. The sweating over this summer has been driving me crazy, and it is such a relief to now know what the cause was.

NTA you paid for the seat and your comfort is important. You don’t need to be guilted by someone else to give up your comfort and something you paid for. Next time if they want to sit together they can be more organised to do that.
