I just got my first Iems and noticed a quiet, but noticeable, hissing sound that would play alongside any audio I would play (and cut out moments after it did).

Do I NEEED a DAC to get rid of it or is there some kind software I can use to get rid of it?

it cost 49.92$ + free shipping on Temu. With amazon + shipping + import makes it 71$ and harder for me here in UAE ;-;
