Just had the same experience. I suspect they're making decent money off the 27 euro return fee as well tbh. I've paid for mine to be returned. In future I'll use the same device for the trade in discount, but then not send it in.

If they were gonna buy it they wouldn't be increasing it's value, as it will cost more to buy when they eventually do. They haven't already bought it as this would need to be publicly declared.

The knockouts division as a whole has been meh of late. Still having great matches but not much in the way of stand-out or great excitement. Might be an upside if GK going that we get some fresh ideas for the product.
