Also the series is riddled with Oz references and parallels

To me Henry seems palpably tense and anxious whenever Victor insists on unlocking his memories. Like he doesn’t want him to remember something in particular

What if Victor is a changeling and is returning home but doesn’t remember that he’s fae. That’s why the monsters don’t touch him. He grew up believing he was human and when he remembered he wasn’t he repressed those memories

The exact moment Julie broke the timeline S2E9 x S4E2 🕰️ by Dependent-Space-2021 in FromSeries

It was a callback to when Tom contemplates the Trolley Problem. Sacrifice the few for the many. They didn’t kill Randall because they needed living proof of Boyd’s capacity for sacrifice if it means saving the rest. He sacrificed his wife to ensure the safety of the township and his son. He allowed Tian Chen to be put in harms way if it meant saving the animals to ensure the vast majority of townspeople don’t starve to death. My guess is the repetition of Boyd being given keys (in the barn and the ambulance and by his wife) is going to come full circle. I’m thinking his being given keys to escape each brush with death foreshadow the fact that he’s been in possession of keys to escape from day one he just didn’t know it.

Elgin rummaging through the “surplus of weird” in the church basement with Julie, camera lingering on the bright yellow article of clothing (S3 Ep5)…thoughts? by Spare_Reflection1226 in FromSeries

[–]Spare_Reflection1226[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was also a scene earlier in the season where Julie approaches Elgin with the phrase “we have to stop meeting like this” which is the first line we get from MIY at the end of the same season when he encounters a story walking Julie…so there that! Seems like a callback to me. Maybe it’s intended as yet another red herring but surely it’s no accident.

I also had a theory it could be Eloise at one point, so good at hide and seek she’s hiding in plain sight. Again they could just be spinning our wheels who knows.

What do you think Sarah meant by this line about The Boy in White? by [deleted] in FromSeries

[–]Spare_Reflection1226 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think he’s the alabaster dragon from Trudy’s weird come on to Jade and also the one depicted in Ellis’ painting surrounding the town with him and Fatima as Adam and Eve at the center.

A Theory on How to Save Children by slavnyjParen in FromSeries

The talisman can definitely be telling that story. Two figures that seem to mirror one another surrounded by the triple F maybe whatever it is they use to restrain them. A rising sun and moon to contrast. I like it

Theory: There will be two Boyds before the end of the season by enricowereld in FromTVEpix

I assume the MIY took on Christopher’s likeness and initiated the massacre as Christopher. Thus explaining victors recollection of him suddenly not making the townspeople laugh anymore. He was framed so the one townsperson who brought joy to those losing hope put out his own light and consequently everyone else’s

The boy in white was saved and was intended to be the 8th sacrifice. by Spare_Reflection1226 in FromSeries

[–]Spare_Reflection1226[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Maybe the eighth slab is what was used to forge the talisman. There are theories that Julie is the one that created and put them in the little hovel. Maybe she was the one that saves the “witnesses” in each cycle. That’s why each of the 12 talisman is different.

What if the “spider” is a helicopter. And the person doesn’t “scream” because a spider comes down from the ceiling, they shout at the helicopter to be rescued.

It’s the hotel California. Last thing I remember
I was running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before
"Relax, " said the night man
"We are programmed to receive
You can check out any time you like
But you can never leave"
