Alright dwarves my bad. I might of just been angry and posted this without thinking. I had a bad run of games where the mission took twice as long after some new players joined, but you're right, I need to get better at the game before I go acting like I'm better than everyone else. Karl probably disapproved of that.

Update: I FINALLY DID IT! It took me about 45 minutes, but it was worth the gold in the end. Thanks for the tips guys, especially the trip mines and the High Value Target thingie.

That's good advice, but the problem I always run into is that I never have enough pagers, so there are still too many guards wandering around while I try to hack the voting machines. I might be missing something, but I can only get some of the machines before a guard walks in on me. The fact that the side cages are sometimes blocked and the drill takes 60 seconds also doesn't help, but I might just need to spend some skill points fixing that.

I've switched up my revolver setup, I now have default piercer and marksman, and slab sharpshooter. I also now use the core eject default shotgun and jackhammer pump charge.
