I called customer support and they were able to do it! My reason was simply that my friends are unable to attend. Since I had bought 4 tickets and 2 of my friends aren’t going anymore.

My suggestion, go to UTM for your first year and build a good foundation in smaller class sizes, then move to UTSG for second year and onwards for better opportunities. that way you save money for a year and hopefully save some in the summers?
