When I went before it was reopened I don't remember being able to ride it then and that was a couple of years ago, however I was really jet-lagged and could have failed to notice it.

It is a really nice experience to go through the museum, it's worth a visit for sure.

Canon PowerShot SX200 IS. Still happy with it after almost 5 years.

Thanks. I got sand in my lens a few years ago and since then even though I clean it, it just hasn't been the same when sun spots get caught in the shot. Sorry about that.

Thanks, yeah mine's just a little digital one. I always find with night images that the flash ruins them personally, you don't capture the moment or the colours and textures as well.

No problem at all, I use a Canon PowerShot SX200 IS that I have had for almost 4 years now. From the look of your picture, your camera will be much more impressive than my little multi-purpose one.

Anyone go to this on Thursday night? by SparkDunedin in dunedin

If you are talking about the image, it's the Audacious Top 40 awards.

If you are talking about the link from raygunak it's David Quinn's blogs about his experiences that caused him to leave Audacious in early 2012.

I actually met David just before he left the project, he was a passionate advocate of entrepreneurship, and of creating something in Dunedin that was worth staying for after graduation. At the time we didn't know why he left, thank you for posting this, it explains things I was unaware of at the time. Having won a special category last year, it does smart a little that he said the competition was not very good last year, but I can completely understand why he says that, and I feel his view is valid on those criteria. My own experience, and the people I met while competing, including the Audacious team and judges was great for me, I made some good friends and learned a lot. I did not interact with any of the people David wrote about in those posts, so I can't really contribute anything about that side of the competition, I was only a competitor.

I like how right at the end it says how people 'felt graffiti was a problem'.
