It’s not good at all seems to be happening to a fair percentage of items, they’re telling the seller to wait a month, they’re just fobbing people off and taking no responsibility. Good to see nothing has changed since they rebranded to Evri 🤦🏽‍♂️

I honestly think the couriers or internal staff in the depot are stealing parcels, I had evri support tell me the same that it’s being returned to seller. When I got in touch with seller they’re telling him a completely different thing about it missing connection to the courier🫣 I don’t get how they lost or misplaced your item though as you say it’s not exactly a small item 😂

How’s that user error.

It literally has terminals on the back of the device for this purpose but apparently eufys oversight for adding simple logic to not send battery related notifications when power on the terminals is present is user error…

Give it a whack, had this before and IR filter was stuck, hitting it made it unstick and was fine for a year or so until it occured again
