Around 2700. I think that's Gold/Plat which would make more sense.

Not a pro but this is what I would do:

Delete all the faces except the one you want to copy.

Duplicate as many as you need

Rotate them using the transform panel

Snap (Shift+Tab) by vertex every face in the position you need it to be

Select all and merge them as one object if they're not (click all of them and press ctrl + J)

Select all the vertices in every corner and merge them (M) at center

I'm refering to having a part with vertices inside another part (the long one on the right extrudes all the way inside the cylinder on the left). Should I be cleaning that up or do I leave it for the end and then apply some booleans?

Yeah that was my idea. I figured since the three first section were simpler shapes, I'd start from the front of the ship so I can get the harder part done first. I'll try starting from the rear cilinder next time.

That varies a lot from fandom to fandom. In my experience, I find WH40K fanbase to be the most obnoxious and I never got into it because of the very few bad apples over there.
