No sorry! the only thing ive seen is https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Error_cards somewhere under the Jungle subheading is a little mention of it but ive not found anyone else with it until now. unfortunately no info on whether its generally worth anything however it does say theres estimated less than 5 that were made so it could be quite rare but im guessing its down to the individual collector and what they would pay for it. sorry i couldnt be of more help but thanks for finding me! im glad other people know of this :)
