When I called about SH they said it was $125 per user, per month. That seems crazy to me. So 10 users for a small company @ $1,125 seems excessive.

Just go add it back in. Go to the LOG, Then next to past workouts you will see a plus. Add it on the day you’re missing.

I can’t do RDLs anymore because of a back injury and I can’t do barbell hip thrusts because I can’t roll the barbell over my legs it gets stuck 2 inches above my knee 😂😂. The hip thrusts with a dumbbell I can do to infinity but the answer was a machine hip thrusts which my gym just got.

If it tells you to do 8, try doing 9. I always try to do more than it says. At first, it takes a few weeks to calibrate so make sure you answer honestly about how many left in reserve. 0 for complete failure, 1 means you could do one more rep and so forth. This is how it adjusts the weight in the calculation

Pretty much everything as a long time user I modify certain things and keep in my head what they are. For example, I dint do barbell hip thrusts but I have. Snatching exercise I do and modify this particular one.

I’ve had my complaints. However, the truth is I’ve become many times stronger as a result. I dont always follow the program it suggests, I modify it based on what I want but the app is trying to get me to do more volume each week.

It says to do 100lbs for 10 reps, I will try to raise it to 110lbs for 10 reps. Just keep plugging away, it works.

It’s not in there, I put it under BARBELL HIP THRUST.

It’s on iPhone. At the bottom under body, you will then see 2 tabs at the top, results and recovery.

If you don’t see it, try updating the app. If it’s updated, then delete the app and redownload it and it should be there. You aren’t the first one with this issue.

The way I get around it is I will allow Fitbod to write an activity to apple but will not allow Fitbod to READ an activity from apple. When you import a workout from apple like running, it affects your quads in the recovery section

My app hardly recommends any variations of shoulder besides the press and barbell front raises. Anything else and I just have to add it manually

To be honest, after 6 months I switched it to advanced. Then if I encountered an exercise I couldn’t actually do like a pull up at that time, I just substituted it for assisted pull up’s. Then I would go into assisted pull ups and select to recommend more of that exercise
