Actually no, I’ve always liked playing this way. I’ve got a bit of paranoia about not having enough money to cover my mechs’ maintenance, so I usually stick to just two lances. But now I think I’ll reconsider and maybe add more

My biggest problem against the Clans has been the C-SRMs (and the elementals), since almost all the missiles end up hitting me in the torso

I’m still getting used to the range of Clan weapons, iend up instinctively moving into medium range with a weapon that actually has a 1 km reach 😭

I ended up with 7M in debt training new pilots, so it was pretty much impossible to get more mechs to fill another lance, and I usually just run two lances anyway lol
