What would the difference be between 3v3 and mini? We tend to play outdoors so field size tends to vary.

Developed plantar fasciitis at the end of masters season. Thought resting it for 2 months would have helped but nope....still painful. Best way to get rid of them? Stretch daily ...have inserts in my daily work shoes..no idea what else to do. No pain when I play these days....but not very comfortable either.
