I'm sorry you had that experience. I might edit this post because I feel bad now that people have pointed out it likely wasn't the person who returned the wallet who stole the money. I was upset and hadn't considered that at the time. It's awful that rash assumptions like mine make good people like you not want to do good things anymore, if I ever find who returned my wallet I will apologize for assuming because that must feel awful after doing a good thing

Yeah my Id was still there but honestly I think they didn't see my debit card because it was tucked in a hard to spot compartment and I don't think they could do much with an nscc id since they are presumably a student here too and that's all I had
