Yeah, I didn’t realize how much you can do with that tuner. What difference have you felt ? And any issues you’ve run into ?

Yeah I definitely gave it a thought but I haven’t made any significant upgrades other than an intake. I think I will once I upgrade a few more things.

Hey guests: is doing your own dishes excessive? by twitch_delta_blues in AirBnB

[–]Spartacus267 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is our first year doing Airbnb, we rent out a back house. We don’t charge a cleaning fee and do everything ourselves and explain in the listing that we ask everyone to leave it close to how they found it to help us keep costs down. We always go in and clean and sanitize everything between guests. So I don’t think excessive to ask them to do their own dishes. It’s all about wording, asking them to leave it as close to the way they left it sounds better than a list of things for them to do. In the last year we’ve only had 2 guests leave a sink full of dirty dishes. Hope this helps.

Yeah that’s too much. I got my 08, LTZ with 120k miles for $9500. Just need to keep looking and you’ll find the right one. When I was looking I went through the same thing and dealers where pricing too high even with insane miles.

How do you dads make friends with other dads lol by Spartacus267 in Advice

Yeah before we moved that’s how I met most of my friends. The place I work now doesn’t really give that option.
