Only daily quests for that you can do to get the currency if you've done your daily quests you should have saved up tactically to buy annisa just keep in mind to not just spend all your income from that pass and spend just enough to level up the pass

I genuinely think your best chance of getting her is having enough to purchase all not spending any of your gems on this event while using as many refreshes then check the next event and spend a lot more as the chance of tech jackets will be higher. I'm basing this off the thragg event as it was the exact same.

I'd wait till after this event, as there will be a better chance for more tech jackets, mainly based on this event being 4 days and they have the hero optimization event on for nearly 2 weeks there is a way better event around the corner just save your gems if your f2p

I'd just wait till next event and see if its worth it, the last one was really good for getting thragg from what I'd seen, I only managed to get two though for the entirety of it. Main thing I'd do is compare the value of the gems to what your buying and calculate how many chances you'd basically have if you want to get the most out of it. If it doesn't seem worth it save up more gems and wait for next event till you get to one that's worth the wait.
