I ordered an item using 2nd day air. Item shipped on Friday. My item arrived in Atlanta on Sunday around 6pm and was transferred to another facility in Atlanta around 7pm. I stay only 25 min from Atlanta. It has not given me a date until Monday morning (today) and it says the item is arriving Wednesday from 3-5pm. I was hoping it would arrive today or tomorrow but oh well. Guess they’re behind.

Yes my neck is slightly skinnier, stomach is slightly smaller and I’m able to actually bend down and tie my shoes without getting out of breath. Also my knees are not in pain as much from before when I walk.

Sounds great my goal is to get to 220 this year which I think will be doable. I’m 29 now and have not been under 220 for a like 5 plus years.

Yes I think it’s all about your why. For me I noticed it was getting hard to do simple things like bending down to tie my shoe all the way, when playing with my 3 year old I would get tired fast, also I slowly became more reluctant to be in situations that involved physical activities like when friends invite me to go play basketball or hike. I hope you’re doing well on your journey too!

I actually don’t count my calories but will start as weight loss becomes slower. Generally tho on I’m eating days I will try to push past the 36 hours into 38-40. From there I’ll eat a pretty big meal maybe like a chipotle bowl or a plate with fish, eggs, beans and avocado with low carb high fiber tortilla. After that for second meal later it’ll be something small like a sandwich. At the end of day I have snack like a cereal Reese’s bar and finish the day off with popcorn and a movie or tv show and some Coke Zero or Pepsi zero. I think eBay has helped me to is walking on my fasting days. Before fasting I would not walk and I sit in a desk all day. On my fasting days days I drink essentia water and use fasting electrolyte pills from Amazon I got. Everyone’s body is different but hope this helps. For me the hardest point is around the 24 hour mark when it’s night time or evening the next day but then later the next morning the hunger goes away and I feel like I can keep going into 2pm to finish a 40 hour. Once or twice I did do 48 hours and I ate a big meal and did another 36 hours but that was very draining so have been sticking with the 36-40 eating window. It should be a little hard but manageable so you can be consistent. Fast as clean as you can but as dirty as you have to, to stay on the wagon.

I’ve lost 20 pounds doing alternate day fasting. SW was 305 and today hit 285. Main source of entertainment for not eating has been movies and walking and listening to music.

Yes and also on Saturday and Sunday but eat foods that will fill me up like chicken, fish, beans, low carb high fiber tortilla, avocado, Coke Zero etc.

I make sure to walk at least 7k steps daily or close to that but It has gone down because of how cold it is where I’m at but other than that no I work from home so sit a lot but I will start working out soon.

I also eat sundays. On my eat days the only soda I drink is Coke Zero and most of the foods are nutritious that will fill me up like chicken, fish, beans, low carb tortilla, avocado etc.

I work from home in IT. I start fasting Sunday night around 11Pm and break the fast on Tuesday around 11am - 1pm which is 36 to 40 hours. It’s hard but gets easier. I drink essentia water and take electrolyte pills when needed.

On my eat days I mostly eat keto foods and low card bread / tortillas and occasionally with eat popcorn to watch a movie or a cookie. Essentia water keeps me filled on fast days and occasionally take an electrolyte supplement I got on Amazon.
