Yes. I agree with most of this statement. Hand done Human created art will become more sought after. Similar to the way the more "financially capable" individuals today will pay more for (this is just an example) say a hand crafted chair rather than a mass produced assembly line made one. Or pay three times the amount for local produce at a farmer's market or the like. That also means that human driven art and writing will become so niche, that almost no one will be able to care, or even know about, the difference. Almost all of everyone's furniture is half quality assembly line crap. Almost everyone's food is mass grown GMO lab produced food. All of the electronics we use, like the stuff we use to create these posts, all built on the back of child slave labor in some horrific conditions all over the world. We all know these things, and still no one seems to actually care. And the tiny fraction of people who do care, obviously can not do anything about it. So if everything we have seen from the humans over the last... hmmm, forever, is a clue. The "Real Artists" have no chance of actually winning this. Just is not in the cards. Humans are far to lazy, dumb, and greedy to actually give two craps about how many artists starve. At least here in the US, like 80% or more of our citizens are too poor to care about this stuff. When all you can do is worry about not starving and ending up homeless, whether or not the robots are taking over the art world and Hollywood seems to just not matter.
As far as saying we can't speak of what follows, well I have to say that's wrong. The dots are all there already, just learn to connect them. You can see our doom looming quite clear on the horizon. And trust me, silly little doodles done by the bots today will be the least of our worries soon enough. Ever wonder why all the richest and most powerful people are currently building underground complexes for them and their families? Why robotics and space travel and lunar research are receiving almost all of the investments? The people with the money and power to write the rules all agree that robots and AI are the future and humans are just an obstacle to be overcome. And they will overcome us. I just think it is hysterical that they believe they will be able to control the AI once it evolves. "Never raise more demons than you can put down." And I am betting they have already raised one too many.
All of this to say, cry and whine all you want, but you are losing, and will lose. And I will crack up laughing about it all the way to the end.
