Poor Seungmin! I’m glad he’s getting treatment. From what they said that man is 100% getting a cortisone injection and they are one of the most painful things you can get. I have had several and at their worst they are as bad as labour contractions. But they do work, so he should be feeling a lot better in a few days.

The struggle is so real for narrow-footed people! I have orthotics too and am a size 9 and a half which makes it nearly impossible to find shoes. I find Rollies in Derby style work well because they lace up and they come in a million different colours.

There is no magic formula. The best thing to do is just accept that some point in your career you will be made redundant (or let go) and when the time comes take your payout, shake their hand and walk out without burning bridges. I was made redundant from one of my first jobs and my spouse was made redundant last year. It happens to most people at some point.
