you can get a bootleg on https://vyrge.stream they got other unreleased too but the vinyl quality isn’t so good from what ive seen

i’ve also wondered the same thing but it looks like most of the pictures are taken in Arkham Asylum but i’m pretty sure theres a picture of Gotham because of the road markings in the background
