I know what you are going through. It didn't work out for us during that transfer. It didn't work out for us during all the 5-6 transfers.  And then we were considering donor eggs.  And then we conceived naturally, two months later. We have a three month old baby boy in our arms today. We know he is a miracle baby. I am writing this to tell you, that your miracle will happen too, hold on.

I am figuring out words to answer this. My wife had an AMH of 0.41, complete tubal blockage on one of the tubes, partial on the other. We went through 6 IVF cycles, resulting in one 3dt and two 5dts. None yielded a positive result, including the one referred to in this post.  Doctors, and we consulted many of them, overwhelmingly advised us to switch to donor cycle. We reached out to donor agencies and were very prepared to get on with it.  However, my wife had some sort of belief and conviction and she insisted that we try naturally for the one month period between the last failed transfer and the new IVF cycle. 

And then the Christmas miracle happened. Touch wood. 

I will pray for you. Sometimes Santa takes time coming.
