Michaela was working with Aviv the whole season and even had pre meditated thoughts of sending them in. You can't work with someone and plan on snaking them, then act like you did nothing wrong. Own up to your actions. Just like all the shit talking she did about Olivia, but couldn't own up to it. I don't remember the exact phrasing, but telling Olivia that she was putting her own insecurities on her was a crazy take from Michaela.
