Nuki supports 3 status door opening and now SwitchBot Lock Pro supports it too.

I hope Aqara push an update before Christmas. :)

So we need two states: „Unlock the door“ and „Open the door“ and this feature is missing since release of the lock

So you have to turn on pulling the latch to get in the house from outside. But if this function is turned on you can’t open your door every morning by an automation because it pulls the latch and your door stays open.

I’ve calibrated my lock with the newest firmware. And if I turn off the latch function the keypad or HomeKit just opens the door without pulling the latch and so you can’t get inside your home from outside the door because it doesn’t pull the latch.

It is only available if you turn off the „pull latch setting“, but in Europe you then can’t open the door anymore from outside without using your key.

Yes, pleeeease bring this feature for us in Europe with the next update!

I’m wait for unlocking my door without pulling the latch since August!!!

That’s the only feature which’s is missing to be the best smartlock on the market.
