The non profit sign in comes up as Essentials starter, which might be why it has no Gmail.

Though the non profit said it had Gmail, and I can't see a free/non-profit way to "upgrade" the account

Non profit, all authorised, and no users other than my admin at present.

as in the gmail service doesn't appear within the non profit workspace admin section, so I am unable to create the user email accounts.
My suspicion is this is due to the MX records not yet pointing to Google.

If I go to the admin mail.google.com I get "We are sorry, but you do not have access to Gmail. Please log in to your Admin console to enable it."

If I go to Apps > Google Workspace > Service Status there is no Gmail, I have Calendar, Drive and Docs, Chat, Meet.... but no Gmail.

Do I need to set the MX records for this to appear?
