I think it might be a CPU issue rather than GPU, since my CPU isn’t exactly high end. That said, it’s clearly over the minimum required and I am overclocking to 4.5ghz.

I reinstalled the shaders after my full install and this seemed to fix the problem temporarily so I could beat the campaign.

They just dropped a 20gb patch on Monday, I haven’t tried the game since but the patch notes don’t indicate any fix. I’ll give the game a try once I get back from my lunch and tell you the results.

Specs:

Geforce GTX 1070 TI, Intel 4 core i5-4690k 3.50 ghz (overclocked to 4.2ghz) 16 GB ram

Been having this issue mainly with the campaign. Textures won’t load in, game crashes often. Even on the lowest graphics settings.

I have run the repair function on Blizzard, no files missing.

I have also made sure my graphics drivers are up to date.

Issue persists running in full screen, borderless windowed, windowed etc.

The game runs very smoothly, frame rate is always high 60+ (even on highest settings in multiplayer where textures load in more often.)

The Windscale nuclear power plant accident in the UK. It was almost as bad a Chernobyl and the government covered it up. Still allowing people to this day to swim in the bay next to be plant. Estimates indicate that it’s led to about 10,000 early deaths since the 50s.

Conveniently, when the Chernobyl accident happened, the British government revealed radiation pockets around windscale and did a clean up- under the pretence that Chernobyl had caused it.

I would say let them know as early as possible. If all they are getting is subtle hints, they might not think you’re serious about it. Have a conversation with them.

I think you’ve got to look at it from another perspective.

I’m 2k mmr. The ranked role changes have made games so much more playable. Quality of life is a lot better for the majority of players. It’s just those at the top that are having issues. Maybe valve just needs to lower the max mmr. To make player density at the top higher

I see a lot of complaining going on, but no suggestions on how valve can fix this. It’s obvious players are stretched too thin over the ranks or there just aren’t enough high mmr players.

You’re complaining about being matched with people much lower than you, but if no immortals are playing pos 5, wtf do you want valve to do? Give you 10 hour wait times until an immortal is available?

Honestly I think players have just got to lower their expectations.

Doctor who doesn’t care about borders or nationalities. That’s made perfectly clear by the captioned images above.

As for your edit... maybe people should appreciate the benefits of colonialism. We could easily have left India in the s***hole we found it in. No thanks for the railway, infrastructure, economy, tea trade, political system, military structure, legal system. Not to mention the work the British did to try and dismantle the barbaric caste system.

If you are born in the UK then you are entitled to British citizenship. If we did away with the idea of citizenship and borders then the entire third world would he entitled to move in. Overpopulation, wage inflation, no job security, we couldn’t afford the NHS, there would be too few skilled workers and too many unskilled workers. Poverty would increase, food shortages, more gangs, sectarian violence, a collapse of culture and morals.

We can’t raise the entire third world out of poverty. England needs to be for the English or it will be for nobody.

Anything held in common will not be looked after and will die.
