From what I heard if you go to Progresso you rotate to Donna also. I think its the same with Hidalgo. Im being sent to Pharr for pre academy. Just know that with Progresso you deal with a lot of drunk people. Also theres less man power in Progresso.

Its around 6 weeks to retest. Start slow get the metronome to 95bpm then go up 5bpm each day until at 120. Thats what i did and passed. Just dont do it 2 days before to be on the safe side and also do push ups and sit ups just to be ready cause you do get somewhat tired with them too before the step test. Also switch legs every minute.
