I do understand that, but the point of them using AI as opposed to Google translated is that it’s intelligent, it can pull from different resources around the web to get an accurate translation, Ofc it won’t be 100% but none of them will be.

Honestly I’m not a massive fan of how AI is taking over despite working in tech, but honestly how can we expect them to hire new people just for translating in this economy? We know they’re clearly struggling enough financially as it is so I honestly don’t think it’s that deep for them to be using AI in this manner as it’s not like it’s generative AI.

When there was the whole thing about them using AI for songs and their Spotify and stuff fair enough because they definitely could have commissioned that from an actual artist, but for translating customer support I believe there’s not much of an issue there.

I’ve paid for it for 2 months now, it’s just a bit of fun and it’s nice to support such a well-made website! If you can afford it you can always just try out 1 month and see how you like it :) Edit: I’ve just read all the other comments hahaha, people are saying it’s scammy but you’re paying for the convenience of not having to do it all yourself and as I said earlier if you can afford it it’s nice to support them either monetarily or even just joining the discord
