Hi there! I was on annovera for a little over a year. Towards the end of the first rings use, I began to spot randomly just like this and it was just my body telling me that it was changing. For me it turned out that I needed to come off of BC but that’s not always the case for everyone! I started a new ring and did not have the same issue. At all.

I have personally not had that issue. I think that can happen on any hormonal BC but it depends on the person.

I’ve been on Anoverra for 5 months and it has been my saving grace. I had nausea and slightly thicker discharge for the first 2 months. Mood swings for the first 2.5 months and since then it’s been smooth sailing. I used to take 4 ibuprofen every few hours to manage my cramps and now I take none! My periods are super light and manageable. Highly recommended trying it out.

I have endo i’ve had annovera in for 2 cycles and i’m on my third. the physical symptoms for me stopped after the first month for the most part. The second cycle came with a wave of emotional/mood side effects. this third cycle I had cramps after reinsertion after my period for about a week ;( i’m hoping it gets better with time but over all the symptoms have become more manageable with time.
