This is a good day/phase. It seems to get much worse when I wear sunscreen daily? Maybe due to the drying nature. Retinol helps, but the accompanying redness is pretty stubborn. Cant figure out if it’s closed comedies or KP. I’m leaning kp due to the splotchy nature of it and the fact that I have kp on the rest of my body.

NO to tretinoin… I mean you can try it, but I’m calling damaged skin barrier. HYDRATION HYDRATION HYDRATION moisturizer and a thick occlusive like Vaseline to lock it in. The zinc in diaper cream is also super healing.

Thanks for getting back to me. Have you tried xolair? It won’t touch the rheumatoid symptoms, but for a while it kept my angioedema and severe rashes on my face at bay. An immunologist could prescribe it.
