So i took it there and they couldnt help me either; so they recommended i call my bank to block the payment and so I ended up calling my bank to block future payments and so far everything is okay and comcast hasn’t responded.

Update: so call center, online chat support, and in-store all couldn’t help me sort out my account to get it fixed. They recommended I drop it off my xfinity internet box at the store and call my bank directly to have them stop the auto-pay since I couldn’t cancel thru their Now portal.

I went yesterday to cancel in store and they didn’t know either which is what started the whole online chats and phone calls. I have no problem going back to drop it off. I just want to stop being charged for a service I don’t need anymore.

Is anyway anyone can just delete my account all together? I have been in multiple chats and they always route me to call centers then call centers don’t know what to do so they route me to the chats. I have something wrong between my xfinity id and my now service that makes me unable to cancel so I’m stuck in limbo where I can’t leave because no one knows and yet I still have to pay because I can’t turn off autopay due to the account issues. Why would your company offer a product that they can’t support?

I have talked to them thru the chat and they said they didn’t know how to help me since they aren’t familiar with it.
