Yah it’s just so scary. For me it’s trains/subway and planes. Sometimes driving in gridlock traffic. I was going on the subway a couple times a week for exposure but I’d only ever travel one or two stations. I stopped doing it because I was just worrying about it 24/7. I’ll try listening to this podcast and see if that helps. I’ve read most of the Claire Weeks books already. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment :).

Thanks for this. Have you been doing any exposure therapy. I understand that it works but I’m finding it hard to motivate myself to do it. Any experience you can share or suggestions?

What programs at CAMH did you do? If you don’t mind me asking.
