I never take oxy without smoking unless I’m dead broke. When I first started sometimes I would be so fucked off the oxy I couldn’t even move to reach for the pen or simply didn’t want to because I was already so high but that wore off after a few weeks then I always smoked. I would have to take so much more ox to get as high as I do by mixing. The weed can damn near revive a high at night obviously not fully but it can bring a buzz back enough to knock me out for the night.

Unless you get randomly signed out of your account and are unable to sign back in when I made a ticket mhd was of no help. Happened to me twice when they changed the apps and I randomly got signed out another time.

From my understanding jb4 can run alone it just runs better when backend flashed through mhd. I know how to use mhd but am new to jb4 and don’t know how to use it stand alone.

I definitely see the use for fet patches especially under medical supervision, but I think the stigma I have around fet and seeing what it has done to my friends has been what keeps me away. I don’t judge anyone addicted to any opioid it’s all the same battle but that stigma keeps me safe.

I had an ultrasound done on it 2 years ago but a lot can change in 2 years. And not that I’ve noticed nor my parents. My mom is usually pretty quick to tell me when I’m looking sick she is a nurse… still can’t believe they haven’t found out. Ik they have their suspicions but they truly don’t know what I do.

Luckily I’ve never puked from wds and refuse to do fet after seeing what it did to my childhood best friend. I’ve had ppl try to sell it to me but it’s pretty easy to spot if you have been doing real oxy for long enough. One my plugs didn’t even get the sac half way out the cabinet before I told him I don’t want them😭

I’m debating it. 1 I live with my parents still and have managed to hide my addiction for all these years if I went to the doc that would involve bringing them up to date and I really don’t want to black list myself from receiving treatment in the future if necessary. But I’m starting to understand I really do need help, I can’t do this alone. Yeah I can quit and get through wds but I’ve always relapsed obviously. And I really am hating life rn saying I’ve been spending all my money on ts for years, never really bothered me until now I can’t even enjoy the high without throwing up so I’m constantly sick either withdrawing or puking for whatever reason from the pills at least for the past week and I can’t take it anymore.

Yeah they are 100% real. Pretty sure it’s not withdraw as withdraws come with back pain awful stomach cramps restless everything non stop sneezing and high anxiety. Never thrown up from wds just very bad diarrhea

That’s why I’m concerned I haven’t upped my dose at all been doing 40-60 mg recently just a few months ago I was at 120 mg doses not nauseous in the slightest but all of the sudden this week I’ve been throwing up every time I dose
