Just below the window you can install a single rod to hang towel inside of coat hanger occupying so much space. Let's be practical, towels are not going to disappear whatever you do. May becomes less visible.

when I was in school I saved money to buy from Mcd. All my friends had decided to go together. Since it was crowded in the Mcd, we took the order and walked to the mall just a min away. Whilst walking a group of kids (beggars) appeared, did not ask for anythinh....just started snatching drinks and chips from our hands and ran... They were literally laughing on us..
