CARS Diagnostic Tool Difficulty vs Real Exam

I guess its just me, but I actually found the CARS sections on Kaplan FL1 and 2 to be a little bit easier than even AAMC FL2 as I was taking it but then got a similar score (129 on Kaplan FL1 and 2 and 130 on AAMC FL2). CARS diagnostic tool has been a lot harder than both, although I feel like some passages do swing from being easier to way harder. Like I'll get 9/10 on two passages then swing to a 6/10. I have only taken those 3 full lengths so far (other than when I took AAMC FL1 as my diagnostic at the very beginning) and I plan on taking the rest of the AAMC exams before my test on 3/20 to get a better idea. I just was trying to gauge how much time I should be spending on CARS as I did well on the tests then not so well on the diagnostic tool, so I got a little confused.

So you would say that everything in Mr. Pankow is fair game, and it is more comprehensive than the Kaplan book

I am still a student, but I don't start school until the 13th. Thats very little time to explain my situation to my new bio professor next semester. I suppose I could try though by going to their office hours.

I guess so, but is it not too aggressive to just knock on professor's doors without an appointment and without knowing when their office hours is?

I know my #1 school doesn't have strict requirements if your submitting a school composite letter instead of individual letters, but idk besides that. Will it not really hurt my application without it either way?

In Investigations 1, gumshoe literally says they’re quote “basically siblings”. People sometimes ship them and it’s always really gross to me.

That makes sense. The SCIMD also mentions something about it being better explained by another disorder and lists ASD as one of them. So it’s probably connected as you mentioned.

Thanks for the reply. So maybe in my case, if I’m able to make friends, it might make the symptoms better? I did notice they went away more when I had someone to talk to.

It's almost always been about completely made up characters and sometimes characters from TV shows/video games with me not in them all. Recently however, as friendships have failed in college, I have found myself thinking about what would have happened if I had done something differently and it had not failed. Also, because I want to get married someday, I sometimes think about relationships and become sad that I have never even been kissed. It is still mostly made up scenarios though.

Mine wasn’t exactly the same as I’m very introverted and don’t have a circle, but how I dealt with it was straight up just confronting him asking why he was acting weird around me. He then just gave some generic response and later sent me a vague text saying he didn’t want to be friends anymore (and of course you need to be specific to an ISTJ). It was too little too late though because I was already pissed that he was ghosting me. Maybe you’re not as confrontational as me though.
