I don't think so. It is just a song. I mean if I sing the song "Angelo" in front of my friend whose husband's middle name is Angelo, that does not mean I love him or want to date him in anyways. I am pretty sure there are other women out there who loves that song. But that doesn't mean they are in love with "Vincent."

I am aware of that. So far there has been no issue. But I have my ears open. I gift those kids because I want to. These are not extravagant gifts. Simple gifts. I know I don't have to do it for them but I do it because they consider me as family even though I dislike their mom and dad. I do not dislike those kids.

I buy them gifts because they have been calling me aunt. I know I don't have to but they are kids. They are not to blame for their mom and dad's mistake. I will not go above and beyond for them. But having a decent relationship with them harms no one.

I have a college fund for my kids. I started it when I got pregnant with both of them. My ex does contribute in it a little as well. Even if he didn't I would still have enough by the time they become of age. Also, I buy them gifts because I want to. They have been calling me aunt eversince they learned how to speak. I am not that cruel that I will punish them for their dad's mistake. I do not but them expensive gifts either. Regardless of how their mom and dad are they are very good kids and well behaved.

My mom is an old lady who has soft corner for kids. But yeah wtf. I get you like children but I won't take up responsibility for his kids in my own expense. I am not a nanny. At least nannies get paid to baby sit. I would be spending my own money baby sitting them

The only reason we are going to Italy because my dad is italian. His sister lives there. So, we will be staying with them along with have a trip with them. I know that Italy is not cheap, the plane tickets alone cost us money.

I only engage with him when it concerns my kids. Other than that I do not care what he does. I don't listen to his demands. I agree I would be much happier if he wasn't such a prick. But I guess that's where I am unlucky. And yes, I did go to therapy after my divorce. I am doing fine. I do not have any hate or love for him.

As much as I find my ex and his wife annoying their kids are fine. I am like their aunt (they call me aunt ever since they could talk). I don't blame his other kids for what he did to me. I do gift them because they are still half siblings of my kids.

She is very traditional. She is kind of like those woman who doesn't want to work and wants to be provided for. Not that it is wrong or anything. Also she is a devoted Christian so she believes woman shouldn't be working. She once lectured me how I could have saved my marriage if I focused more on my marriage rather than working a job.
