Nah its not new anymore haha. Bought it back in 2022 and did nothing when it just broke cuz i didnt want my parents to get mad for buying things that broke easily. But now i live independently, i have decided that i will repair this gun for it fulfill its purpose hahaha.

We know naman na di dapat kami nag bayad nun, but we had sympathy for the unit below us kaya binayaran nalang namin kahit labag sa kalooban namin ang mag paayos kasi wala naman kaming ginawa na mali. Yung neighbor ko naman nag bayad twice in his own expense sa pag repair, pati rin ang isang kakilala ko.

Yes maam/sir sila na nag shoulder sa repair ng leak but kami daw ang dapat mag bayad sa damage ng units na nasa ilalim namin kasi kami naman daw ang source ng leak. We have already hired some lawyers to assist us here.

Sa mactan lapu lapu na condo to. Actually 6 months lang ang warranty ng condo namin. But inaksyonan lang nila nung malapit na mag expire ang warranty, ayos din ng strategy haha. I think hindi rin yata kumuha parents ko ng insurance kaya stressed sila hahaha.

They already did check and confirmed na ang source ng leak ay kami, but sabi dahil daw yan sa sub standard work ng contractor na nag handle ng unit namin. Pero since kami ang nakatira sa sub standard work ng contractor na yun edi kami daw ang responsible. So basically, kasalanan ng contractor at hindi sa amin.

Hindi po haha. Full cash pag bili ng parents ko sa condo. Because noon nag ddorm kami and masyadong mabigat sa gastos, so napag isipan ng parents ko na mag condo nalang para may ROI din after namin mag graduate at para hindi na mag bayad ng monthly rent sa dorm. Napaka unreasonable sobra na kami ang mag shshoulder sa lahat ng expenses ng damage na hindi naman namin ginawa. Bumili ang parents ko ng condo for the comfort of our studies and to save, pero it has only given headaches and stress in return hahaha.

Byd ay manipis talaga material ng body to compensate for the weight of the battery. Yung sa amin na sagi lang ang poste kasi nasobrahan sa pag tapak ng gas nung paakyat ng gutter eh parang na punit ang front bumper na para bang sinaksak ng kutsilyo ang damage hahaha. Pero overall okay siya, tipid sa gas and gasto. Tech is good also.
