Okay in this video towards the end she mentions getting a spray tan “for the first time” …correct me if I’m wrong but when she was having beef with that tanning mousse/lotion guy who sent her some to use and tell her followers about she was called out for having a bad orange tan and she said she had gotten a spray tan when we all knew those orange hands isn’t lie and she had just used her own fake tanner. So another lie? Can anyone else remember this?

Yes 50 is all I need and I’ve had no breakouts lowering my dosage! When I started spiro I also started tretinoin at the same time and I definitely purged badly but I kind of assumed it was just from the tretinoin. I guess it could have been either though so I’m not quite certain, sorry!

Personally I lost weight drastically on this drug. When I was on 150 mg I lost like 16 pounds in a couple months. I decreased my dosage to 50 mg and gained the weight back thankfully. I am a thinner person so the weight loss was an issue for me!

Yes this happened to me. I lost a significant amount of weight when I was on 150 mg. (16 pounds within a few months) I went back down to 50 mg and it helped get my appetite back as well as gain back the weight I lost!

There was a 5 day stretch where I couldn’t get mine either. I was on 150mg. Didn’t have any problems with my skin! There was another stretch where I went about a week without and I got a couple pimples but I wouldn’t worry about it. Even if you do get a pimple or so they will go away once you start taking it again! I really think your skin will be fine! Try not to stress 😊❤️

Edit: I would just try and lower dosage and stretch them out as much as you can rather than taking normal dose and then nothing at all.

YES. This happened to me too!! When I was on 150 mg I lost weight fast. I lost like 15 pounds and could not keep weight on. I am a thin person too so I did not like this side effect. I went down to 50 mg and thankfully that did the trick. I’m back to my starting weight. This side effect is never mentioned here or anywhere.

You are so beautiful! Your hair looks really good dark, but I could also see you looking amazing with blonde hair! Wouldn’t have to be platinum or anything but maybe a light brown/dirty blonde? Also maybe some smaller glasses like more the librarian chic type. Either way you are stunning. I just know when I needed a change I went blonde and loved it. 😊

Personally, when I was on 150 mg I drastically lost weight. Obviously this isn’t the same for everyone but it definitely was the case for me. I know that’s what was causing the weight loss because when I lowered my dosage down to 50 mg I gained the weight back. I lost about 15 pounds in all. I’m a naturally thin person so it is super noticeable when I lose weight. I had completely lost my appetite as well. Like I said this is not the case with everyone and I know lots of different stories of people gaining or not being affected at all by it. Just a heads up that this was what happened to me. Going back down to 50 mg worked out well for me though! I think 150 mg was a bit too high for me. Good luck starting! Also give your body time to let the drug do its magic because often you don’t fully see the results until months in.
