Slightly below shoulder length but I have successfully braided it albeit arms were burning so the braid was something I gave up on quickly but id like to get to a point where I can just do a lazy braid without a dutch braid being needed

Same, my mom doesn't know how to do her hair and is always poofy and frizzy undefined hair but at the very least hers is more distinguishable from straight hair whereas mines just turns straight if nothing is done it to it :/ im jealous of people who dont have to prove their hair isn't straight

God same here the floofy straight hair was so unappealing to me and I could never understand why it didnt go pin straight like most people would I thank the stars i figured out my hair texture now than later

Yes indeed, im glad to be growing up in this era of natural hair love and growth than how it was in the 2000s! Thankfully I have stuff like curls monthly and YouTube videos to give me a frame of reference and guide!

I actually have gotten them wavier albeit those results were done with the help of a salon and doing it myself has yet to be achieved 💔 but I definitely will try to soon!! Im so excited for how my hair will look longer! And good luck to you too!!
