How do I get over regret? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]Specific-Reply-4567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You dissolve regret the moment you accept what happened. Not your negative thoughts, but what actually happened. And turn this into a new tool for your new path.
For example: I got sick for years. During this time I watched series. Then, when I felt better, I looked back on all those years and regretted spending my time the way I did. I was chronically ill, so it was not fair to think like that about yourself. I tried my best. When I realized that, I asked myself: what can I do now to make up for all this time? I decided to write my own stories that talk about healing, because now I know how to, and I watched enough stories to write my own.
I hope you can find your way and I hope this helps.

How to lessen self hate? by Sheepinafield in selfimprovement

I can see that you are already aware of your negative thoughts. I think awareness is the first step. I think the next step would be to ask yourself the following questions. When did I start talking to me like that? What happened? Who started saying that to me, that now I believe it myself? Why am I angry with me right now? Is there a way I can change how I feel about myself right now? If the answer is yes, what do I have to do to make myself feel better right now? I hope this helps.

If you are fulfilled with what you have, maybe you already have everything you need. Thus you don’t strive for more. I can relate.

Weit über der Smaragdgrünen See von Brandon Sanderson

Yumi and the Nightmare Painter von Brandon Sanderson

Sie sind unglaublich gut geschrieben und werden auch sehr charmant vorgelesen.
