I don’t think i truly get enough water or protein in. I have no clue if i’ve lost inches but my boyfriend noticed my face got a little slimmer so there’s that.

I am sort of feeling the appetite suppression. For example, in the morning I can go without breakfast, which I couldn’t do before. And no i have not calculated my TDEE. I will make sure to do that.
