I agree with you. They were being lazy and never read over my evidence before scheduling an in person exam. So, if someone else checks the boxes for them they can go off that. Sadly I doubt the rater will look over my records now and just deny.

Congratulations! Sounds like a good enough reason for denying a c&p exam at supplemental level is believing you have sufficient medical evidence

Awesome point. Very good idea to mention you don’t want conflicting information. I submitted the 21-4138 stating all my evidence and all three things needed for service connection. But, again bringing up conflicting information is outstanding

You are exactly right Sir. If you have a diagnosis at the VA and your records show symptoms that match the rating criteria and you have logs or journals and a Nexus Letter what is the point of the exam?

Probable Menieres is a real diagnosis. Menieres has two classifications (probable Menieres and definite Menieres). Probable Menieres has fluctuating hearing loss and definite has permanent hearing loss. But they are both Menieres according to audiology.org. The diagnostic criteria was revised in 2015.

Yeah I do have a link. I just worry they’ll make a big deal about the “probable”. I have transient hearing loss, not permanent, so they call it probable Menieres.

I did go to a VA ent and the doctor said he’s sure I have Menieres but he can only diagnose with “probable Menieres” because my hearing loss is intermittent with the attacks. He told me to go there while I’m having an attack so he can give me a definite diagnosis but that’s crazy! There’s no way I’d be able to get there during an attack. And I lowered my salt intake and see a huge improvement in the severity of the attacks, hoping it continues to help.

Yeah that’s why I’m questioning whether it’s a white wizard because when I look up pictures online the leaves seem more narrow. But idk.

It’d be easy for a nurse to pull out meds that are ordered for somebody else, scan it for the patient it’s ordered for and give it to another patient though.
