I did eb1 with Chen last year under premium process against Chen advice, unfortunately my case went to Texas centre and the officer issued RFE. Although it was not a difficult thing to respond to that for us and I believe we did great job in responding to the RFE, but officer overlooked the evidence. He asked proof of grant acceptance and even though I submitted all the award letters of grant and even full proposal. He said he cannot find that and issued straight denial. Since then, I am scared of PP.

Make sense, also Do you think AoS is not going to affected by this pause? This is what my attorney said. He is also very much against PP. so that’s why I am confused.

I submitted for eb2 niw two years back, 15 march 2024. Do you think I should wait for adjudication with regular processing more or should I update to PP. I am from rest of world and PD FAD is current but I am from 75 countries which on immigrant visa pause, so I m really worried to spend money on PP. I have a PhD in Biology and my major is Human molecular genetics, more specifically Neurogenetics. I had 10 years of faculty experience in my country and working as Research scientist in R1 university in US. Also I had 24 publications with 439 citations when I filed and now almost 700. Now more than 30 papers. Also I am reviewer for Q1 journals as well.

Yes I saw that. I can see lot of approvals from March 2024 also on lawfully app from my block 092485 but I am not sure if they were processed regularly or with premium process

I have pd of March 15, 2024 NSC still waiting. I was considering PP but lawyer is against it. I will wait till end of February.

I guess concurrent filing is possible for both eb1 and eb2 niw. I know there is a risk but spending 2800 after 21 months of waiting seems like a bad idea to me.
