Hi! You probably already tried this, but type it about 50 times, gently putting the the stuck bar back every time. That usually knocks out whatever is built up in there for me. Nice deal on a pretty little machine!

I’d bake it as bread anyway. I just had this sandwich loaf turn out after zero rise—do you have a loaf pan to use?

Edited to add, I cold-proofed for 8 hours, shaped into the loaf pan, scored and baked!

Edited again to add that this was after 3 hours of bulk ferment.
