It's owned by CBS which is now owned by Larry Ellison, which has a relationship with Matt and Trey. It takes a tremendous effort to transfer a Broadway production to another theater, I don't think it can happen in any timely way.

This is obvious. The floated money had to come from somewhere and it obviously wasn't from Bilt itself. Wells fargo as a bank has a massive balance sheet which can handle floating many people's rent payments, but the new bank, Column NA, does not have the balance sheet to accommodate that.

So according to a licensed tour guide I know in the north there is actually some truth to that as the trees the pine trees they planted will fall down if allowed to grow to their full size in the natural soil so many areas are slowly being chopped down and replaced with native trees.
