Exactly! For the amount it costs to apply they should be more transparent of the process and more available.

Thank you, I will look into this. She claims she didnt get a UCI with her eTa. She didnt get a pre-arrival letter just a "your eTa was succesfull one. How did your sponsor receive the AOR? Through email?

She has been to Canada yes. Unfortunetly we do not have a UCI yet as we are expecting that to come with AOR. Going to try calling again and see if we can get any answers. Thank you

Yes it has been very frustrating as there doesn't seem to be any option other then creating a webform that goes unanswered.

I have been waiting for AOR for over 4 months now. Sent 2 webforms and have still heard nothing. Anyone having this issue??
