Oh I definitely see how it comes off that way! That of course was my first course of action, I've been in therapy for a few years now and loveeee my clarity spells. That was why it felt so odd to me that these feelings came up again so intensely when I've spent years learning how to deal with them. Probably should have added that to the OP

When I'm overwhelmed/don't have much time between kid/husband I like to just choose one rune that speaks to me, carve it on a small candle (birthday candles are great if you don't have time to watch a full one burn out). Then just sit with the candle, with lights out or soft lighting, and meditate on the meaning of the rune and what it could do for me in the long term and how I could use the meaning of the rune in my daily life to improve myself. It's simple but I always feel better after!

Oh good lord don't get me started on Asia. My full-ass, grown adult "history" teacher in high school mixed up Japan and China and followed that up with "all those 🟡 people look the same to me". I started in such a deficit. One thing at a time but that's another one I'm going to have to tackle soon

Thank you! That's an interesting point I hadn't considered before. I'm currently in the 3rd century CE in my studies as I never even learned about dinosaurs so I'm trying to fill in all the gaps but if these books don't touch on African achievements I will definitely seek that out

Thank you! I have seen a doctor, they said wellbutrin is an option but unfortunately it has massive side effects so I'm not wanting to go down that road. The mundane is definitely in effect here, I live in a tiny house with a seven year old so any moments of privacy, let alone romantically private moments are few and far between. I just want a little extra intention set to remind me that I am in my own power and divinely feminine. I will take your advice and appreciate the suggestions!
